My goal is to have Festivus take over completely as the official December holiday in our house. To be everything that Christmas is not, and more.
General guidelines so far:
-Do not mention Christmas
-There is absolutely no gift exchange of any kind
-Drinking is encouraged -nay, enforced
I think that's about it. I don't think the planned events can really be called 'traditions', as they haven't been done yet. The Wiki entry on Festivus is chock full of ideas.

That's a great idea to use a Wii! The feats of strength might be won by whoever is best at playing "Barracuda" on Guitar Hero.
If only it were tonight and not next year...I could have hopped a flight to Columbus this morning and gotten home tommorrow for only $183!!!
dammit...Well...only what 364 days to the next Festivus.
