love squash on pizza! I like roasted butternut with smoked mozzarella, or even smoked tomato sauce. sadly haven't got smoked mozz or tom sauce over here.
Nothing fancy, just the small yellow squash and some zucchini. Our first attempt at a white pizza. Next time we'll remember all the other things we forgot to add.
That was fun, and felt surprisingly healthful. Yeah...next time will remember the mushrooms, fresh basil from the garden, maybe some tomato from the garden.
